Unmanageable stress can overload us until it is stored in our mind and body. What can’t be resolved in our conscious is then moved to the subconscious. Our bodies then adapt to store this subconscious information.
Specific beliefs or emotions are stored in specific areas of the bodies. Each area means something. If we look at the kidneys, we know that fear, shame and deep exhaustion stories reside there. They find it a cosy little home until the day comes that we do some self-exploration to discover the conflict and unlock the power they have over us.
In each session we explore, like a detective, the programs and stories and resolve the conflicts within our body, mind and soul.
Overcoming Stress and Trauma
When an event occurs we can automatically jump to thoughts about how it will make us suffer.
When conflicts are resolved within us, we change our perspective and are able to have a wider view of the world. What we very often find is that our perception of an event is distorted.
However, we can lift the things that tax us and trip us up, enabling us to revitalise.
Other aspects that are explored in sessions are:
- root cause of depression and anxiety
- building self esteem
- emotional addiction
- interpreting the reality of emotions
- attracting positive events
- self-reflection and self-correction
- embracing our behaviours and dark side
- understanding the world and universal laws.
Overcoming Hormone Issues
Hormones contribute to numerous functions in the body, including heart rate, body temperature, blood quality, respiration, and bone health. It is simply too difficult to separate hormones from overall physical health.
But hormones do more than just keep our bodies fully functional. They are our internal GPS. They help us tap into our very best self-confident, centred, radiating good health, in alignment with our authentic being.
How does energetic adjustments improve hormone health?
Our hormones work closely with our glands and brain function.
Our brains’ function is recognise when our body needs to take action or adjust to move back into what’s called homeostasis. This is when the body recognises that an external change is affecting how our body functions and the body needs to change to bring it back into optimal function. This could be cold weather, so our brain sends a signal to our body to get our hair to create insulation but making the hair stand up to create insulation.
Illnesses affected by hormone imbalance:
- Menstrual issues
- Adrenal fatigue
- Auto-immune or thyroid issues
- Insulin stress
- Reproductive issues
Using muscle testing I can detect stress in the hormone system and balance it in alignment with other body systems.
This is done by working with the hypothalamus, which sits in the brain regulates the glands and drives the nervous system and hormones. Many of the neuro-transmitters (brain chemicals) that drive the nervous system and the hormones also drive the glandular or endocrine system that act on the body, are the same chemicals. Hormones are released into the blood stream and act on their target glands while neurology responds to the nerves.
The Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), which is the automatic/subconscious nervous system carries out similar functions to much of the gland system but acts much faster. Many of the signals to the brain and from the body via the ANS occurs through the hypothalamus making it an integrative centre for both systems.
Overcoming Chronic Illness
When we look at the body system holistically we are able to gain a much greater perspective of why the chronic illness is so persistent. In seeing the bigger picture we are able determine the root cause which enables us to release the trauma and the illness. This allows us to permanently release chronic illness that modern medicine often says to patients you will have to manage this for the rest of your life.
When facing chronic illness, which is a deep and persisting loss, we cannot separate psychology from spirituality, nor can we isolate the personal and social impact of chronic illness.
Due to the challenges of chronic illness, those living with it often feel isolated, alone, and forgotten about.
Chronic illness has a huge impact on physical, emotional, and mental health. Dealing with chronic illness can take a huge toll on a person suffering. From managing the symptoms and dealing with the ups and downs.
I have worked with clients with many varying chronic illness with great success. This includes people with:
- cancer (including 4th stage cancer)
- chronic anxiety and depression
- heart disease
- chronic eczema
- chronic fatigue
- auto-immune disorders
- suicidal tendencies
- in a coma to come out of it within hours
- chronic mental and emotional disorders
- and many more.
Overcoming Structural Issues
Our skeletal system is made up of more than muscles. There are also, bones and ligaments, and even fascia, a web like connective tissue that surrounds muscles, nerves, bones and blood vessels to provides connection and communication to other muscles, tendons or ligaments etc.
If you have tight muscles in your back, your breathing is restricted which limits the amount of oxygen in your body and can create oxidative stress which increases the toxicity in your body.
Did you know that stress and toxicity are the two major factors of disease and can lead to chronic conditions such as; heart disease or osteoporosis.
And all that from a tight back!
